Large bay-front home with dockage, pool and beach in the heart of Islamorada

The Dock View House is one of three homes at Mermaid's Bay Boutique Estate. This private waterfront oasis sprawls 3.5 acres in the heart of Islamorada, just moments away from all of the top attractions and restaurants. The estate features over 300 feet of open-water views, a large boat basin and a resort-style pool and spa. 

This estate-style home was originally built in the 1940s and has been preserved and tastefully updated to maintain the Florida Keys charm. Large windows offer waterfront views out of almost every room. In the heart of the house is a double-sided fireplace (non-working), with a chef-style kitchen and dining room on one side, and a vaulted-ceiling living room and solarium on the other. To the left of the house are two ensuites, one downstairs with two queen size beds and one upstairs with a king bed. There is also a half-bath located in the stairwell hallway. The right side of the house mirrors the left with a king ensuite both upstairs and downstairs. There is an additional half-bath in the stairwell hallway on the right side as well. Having only been owned by two families, this home has been meticulously cared for and has a timeless old Florida feel. 

Shared on the property is a resort-style pool and spa, cabana bathroom with private outdoor showers, sandy beach area, shaded tiki hut, water-front fire pit and a large boat basin. Easily access both the bay and ocean from our convenient location to enjoy every type of fishing the "Sport Fishing Capitol of the World" has to offer. Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, hammocks, beach chairs, umbrellas and more are provided for your enjoyment. A small boat ramp is located on the property. The tile decking around both the boat basin and pool is imported from Turkey and remains cool to the touch even in the Florida Keys sunshine. You'll find yourself never wanting to leave this tropical paradise. 

The house has a fully stocked kitchen, personal safes, linens including beach towels, a filtered water dispenser and a gas grill with complimentary propane. Complimentary paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and toiletries are provided to help you start your vacation.   

This house can be rented on a weekly basis individually or all three homes can be rented together for complete seclusion. Rentals are from Friday to Friday. Differing dates may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
