Schönes Haus mit großem Garten in nicht ganz perfekter Lage

Das Haus war in einem guten Zustand mit viel Platz in den drei Zimmern sowie im Wohnzimmer-/Küchenbereich. Kleiner Abzug für dass Bad, da es schon recht klein war. Der Garten war sehr groß und bietet viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kids. Leider liegt es nach hinten hin direkt an der Hauptstraße, daher relativ laut, ist aber durch einen Wall und Zaun so abgetrennt, dass man keine Sorge haben muss wenn die Kinder allein im Garten spielen. Sandkasten ist vor Ort, auch eine 2er Schaukel, nur war bei Ankunft leider nur eine einsatzfähig. 20 Minuten Fußmarsch bis zum Strand.
