Great vacation!

This was the perfect spot for a vacation with friends. Super close to the beach, love Alvin’s Island next door. Townhouse was so relaxing and very roomy!

Location is great for the price. Not directly on the beach, but close enough that it's much easier than the high rise elevator waiting game. A few things were broken and some things were missing that I've been provided in other stays, like a frying pan, baking, or seasonings for example. Overall for the price and size of the condo, I would recommend this for a family stay. The pool was very small, but we go to Florida for the beach not the pool.

The house was absolutely amazing and was right near the beach with great access! a lot of stairs but still! The pool on the property isn’t a big pool it’s more like a hot tub size pool… Host was excellent with explanations and guidance however it did take quite sometime to respond. bedrooms are lovely, with nice bathrooms and easy check out instructions. Book on the coffee table answered many questions if needed

The location was a perfect easy access to the beach. The beds were comfortable, but as far as the cleanliness, I don’t think it was as clean as it should’ve been the floors were really dirty. After walking on them. My feet was totally black. The house was very quick to get back in touch with me. I would rent this place again, but I would like to have it a little bit cleaner.

Pictures on VBRO website was not what you get upon arrival. The pool was a hot tub without jets. The bathroom had black mold. The same bathroom has a shower curtain that was falling down. The coffee pot was not what was on website. There weren't enough towels. The mop and broom were filthy. Lastly, the base boards look like they were never cleaned.
