Beau Rivage - SUSQUEHANNA RIVER - Choose this awesome home for fun for the whole family. The amenities provide outdoor activities combined with all of the comforts of home. Owner provides tandem and single kayaks, stand-up paddle board, and a canoe - whatever you like. FREE lessons for kayaking and stand-up paddleboard are available at the Kayak Shop next door. There is great fishing right off the dock.
Beau Rivage was recently remodeled including an all new kitchen and baths. There is a large living room, an enclosed sun room overlooking the water and an enclosed side porch with a Foosball table.
There are 6 TVs - all flat screen SMART TVs - 1 in the living room and 1 in each bedroom. Enjoy outside dining or family campfires in the yard overlooking the water. The waterfront dock area is great for swimming and fishing.
Eagle River , a 1 bedroom rental is located just steps away and owned by the same host.
Additional Canoe and kayak rentals are available next door at Canoe and Kayak Rentals and Sales.
It is convenient to baseball tournaments in Cooperstown and Oneonta. Parking for 4 cars.
