In Largentière, we offer you this charming 50 m² apartment which can accommodate up to 3 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lounge area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). We're waiting for you !

The accommodation comprises
- 20 m² living/dining room with dining area
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A sitting area with sofa and TV
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), and 1 single bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Largentière, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
- Beautiful rivers near the site (Labeaume, Le chasezac, L'Ardèche, La drobie)
- Site on the Roubreau

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's outdoor parking lot, which can accommodate one vehicle. A car is essential to get to the apartment.
Nearest train station: Valence train station or Montélimar train station.

Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- An extra bed can be provided if required.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
