The house consists of a residential unit with two bedrooms on the first floor. Exterior stairs lead to the second floor, with additional two bedrooms, bathroom, and recreation and fitness room. Children will definitely have fun in the pool and on the swings in the garden. Do not miss to visit the city of Zadar, with many sights or the nature parks nearby, which will delight you with their unique nature.

A pleasant stay in a nice region

We spent very nice holidays in this spacious house. Everything was as described : the pool, the facilities, the terrasses to enjoy the sun or the shadow, the 4 bedrooms with showers to live together without promiscuity but above all the sense of welcome of Danka and Milan ! They have been available when need, with good advices and recommandations. They very kindly shared with us the treasure of their vegetable garden. Excellent memories in a wonderfull place !

Das Haus war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht.

Das Haus war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht.Der Pool ist schön groß und wurde täglich vom Vermieter gereinigt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und war bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Des öfteren haben wir frische Feigen und Tomaten aus dem Garten des Vermieters bekommen. Die Klimaanlagen haben es leider nur bedingt geschafft die gesamte Etage zu kühlen, so dass die Schlafzimmer (bei Temperaturen von weit über 30 Grad) zum Schlafen recht warm waren.Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.
