LA TRANCHE SUR MER, city center, carefully renovated country house, enjoying an exceptional beach and shopping location, with its closed location for 2 cars. A beautiful living room of approximately 40 m2. 1 separate kitchen - equipped laboratory, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed with its bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). and 1 bedroom with 2 0.90 beds. the rooms are in a row, but have independent access. A bathroom with bathtub, sink, and a separate toilet. a south terrace, and a second to the north, with garden furniture for each.
Equipment: television, washer-dryer, dishwasher, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 4 induction burners, fridge - freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board..
Location: approximately 500 m from the main beach and 200 m from all shops and the market twice a week.
The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning option on reservation 70 euros.
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season
1 animal accepted 25€
