In a quiet area, in a cul-de-sac, independent 3-room apartment on the ground floor completely renovated with garden area.
We welcome you for your business trips or for your holiday stays.
The accommodation
T3 of 75m2 including 2 bedrooms and a large living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, microwave).
Other appliances can be provided on request (raclette set, fondue set, etc.).
We provide you with a list of board games.
Separate toilet and walk-in bathroom.
You have a garden area with table and chairs.
Traveller access
You can park your vehicle in the courtyard or in the cul-de-sac.

Internal regulations:
The purpose of these rules is to establish a relationship of trust and to ensure all the necessary guarantees for both the traveller(s) and the host!

Any reservation made for a third party is prohibited. The keys will be handed over exclusively to the person identified on the site.
Arrival formality: a contract in accordance with the Vrbo advertisement will be signed at the latest when the keys are handed over.

Pets: please contact us before booking
Washing machine in the common areas: 1 per week

Accommodation for 2 Adults and 2 children or 3 adults maximum.

Please note, due to the current configuration of our garden, we ask you to be vigilant if you are travelling with small children (falls).

Cleaning is included, however before your departure we ask you to:
- Clean and store dishes and used appliances
- Put used towels and sheets in the laundry bin before your departure
- Throw away rubbish and leftover food
