Beautiful holiday home in Montecatino in the hills (300 m above sea level) between the enchanting towns of Lucca and Viareggio, jewel of Versilia. From the property you can enjoy a wide view of the plain of Lucca and the surrounding woods. The house is surrounded by a natural lawn with olive trees. Access via a 200 m long gravel road. 3 km from grocery shops, approx. 6 km riding stable. Ideal starting point for exploring some of the most important art cities in Tuscany: 9 km from the beautiful, culturally rich city of Lucca, approx. 35 km from the city of Pisa (airport), known worldwide for its leaning tower, 90 km from the unique city of Florence.
