Great owner and host

The property is amazing, everything was as described. The host Steve was very helpful in helping us make tee times. The onsite staff Mariana was also nice enough to make a grocery run helping us save some time.

Family vacation

We had a great time and enjoyed the property. It had everything we needed, the access to the resort properties is a real bonus. The location is close to downtown Cabo so we made frequent trips into town for shopping and dining. If you find yourself needing anything Arsen will get you in touch with the right people to take care of your needs. We found the property to be very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was very refreshing. We cooked a few meals at the house and had most of what we needed. There were no measuring cups or spoons, but we made it work. Over all we'd book again if we return to Cabo and would highly recommend the property!

Perfect, perfect, perfect

Hands down one of the best rental vacation properties I have ever been to. The property is in a secure location and gives you access to the resort. Every morning we loved taking the free shuttle to The Market for breakfast (the Market is such a cool place with lots of food options). Marianne was our host and she greeted us and was so helpful organizing reservations, pool cabana, and shuttle services. The villa itself is AMAZING! The views are beautiful and we easily could have just stayed at the villa the whole time because the views from the villa were remarkable. We loved sitting in the pool/spa and watching the whales in the distance. Overall, 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to come back.

Birthday getaway

For starters upon arriving to the location we sat outside in the heat over 30 minutes because we had no key. Upon calling the owner he text me and I text back we couldn’t get in and he replied he would contact the house manager. Shortly thereafter he sent the access code to the door. The house was amazing, with wonderful views from each room. My other concern is when we all tried to do work for the companies we work for, the Wi-Fi was absolutely horrible. I contacted Arsen and he told me he was coming by to check but two days he never came. After sending him a text, he had someone else to come by and the guy basically said there’s nothing that can be done about the Wi-Fi. Lastly make sure you read the living quarters thoroughly. We presumed it was 4 bedrooms but it was 3 with a futon and a sleeper sofa. Needless to say I had friends who wasn’t pleasant with their living quarters and there was no linen for the room with the futon. If I’m in the area, as long as the Wi-Fi has been perfected, I would stay here again.
