This magnificent Duplex T5 apartment is one of the three apartments making up Villa Les Bougainvilliers. It is located on the heights of Anse Mitan aux Trois Ilets in a quiet residential area, enjoying a splendid view of the Caribbean Sea and the bay of Fort de France. It consists of three independent apartments, a T3, a T4 and a T5 Duplex, each benefiting from a private swimming pool.

This superb Duplex T5 apartment of 200 m2 will welcome you with family or friends for an unforgettable stay. It benefits from a private 8 m x 4 m infinity pool from which you will never tire of admiring the magnificent view of the sea and the bay of Fort de France. It is spread over two levels offering you very beautiful volumes with refined decoration.

On the first level, the huge living room made up of a living room and a dining area opens onto the superb furnished terrace and the sublime infinity pool offering you a splendid view. The kitchen also opens onto the terrace with its bar, where you can enjoy a coffee or a ti'punch with the Caribbean Sea and the bay of Fort de France as a backdrop.

The kitchen is very well equipped: American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle.

On this same level you will have a master suite with an air-conditioned bedroom with 160 bed and wardrobe and adjoining bathroom with Italian shower, toilet, and a guest toilet.
The bedroom also opens onto the terrace allowing you to enjoy a magnificent view as soon as you wake up.

On the second level you will find three air-conditioned bedrooms with two bathrooms including a master suite and a television area.

Both bedrooms have a 160 cm bed and storage space. They will share a bathroom with double sink and shower. The toilets are separate.

The master suite has a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and a dressing room.

The apartment can accommodate 8 travelers + 1 or 2 babies.

After a day visiting Martinique or the beach, take the time to relax in the swimming pool or on the deckchairs with a sublime view as a backdrop.

You can park your vehicles for free on the property or in front of the villa.

If you wish, you can rent several apartments in the Villa depending on the number of people:

Near the apartment, you can enjoy the Anse Mitan beach, a ten-minute walk away, as well as the restaurants and shops of the Creole Village, the Marina and the various nautical, aquatic and tourist activities offered at Pointe du End.

The maritime shuttle will allow you to go to Fort de France either from the Marina or from the Anse Mitan pontoon. You will also be 1 km from the Golf des Trois Ilets.
