Gîte de Villecomte - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency in Sainte-Solange offers you this charming gite in a 17th-century house, measuring 65 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lounge area, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 500 m². We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A lounge area with TV, sofa and armchairs
- A kitchen opening onto the dining room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with two single beds
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Please note: the gîte is located in a hamlet with two other properties that we manage (Grand Gîte de Villecomte and Petit Gîte de Villecomte), all of which can be rented individually or in groups. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Outside area :
- A garden of approximately 500 m², shared, composed of several parts: an area with table and outdoor chairs, a small wood for walking (fires are prohibited). It is not enclosed but has natural boundaries (hedges and copses), and there are no roads nearby.

The gite is ideally situated in Sainte-Solange, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All essential shops are within 3 kilometres of the gite.

Activities :
- Visit Bourges, around twenty kilometres away
- Visit to the Sancerre wine region
- Visit Menetou Salon, some fifteen kilometres away, also for its wines and château
- Noirlac Abbey, a jewel of medieval architecture
- The Jacques Coeur route, with its fine architectural buildings
- To the north, 70 kilometres away, Gien and its museums, earthenware, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private outdoor car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. A car is essential.
