GENERAL DESCRIPTION<br><br>The "Beach Penthouse" is spacious and covers the entire floor including a private lift, on one of the favourite beaches, Belle Mare Plage, 1 hour from the airport.<br>The "Beach Penthouse" is part of the Aurore complex, with a sleek and modern design set in a tropical garden with a communal swimming pool, a private terrace, offering stunning views of the sea and the lagoon of the coast.<br>The immediate neighbors are the Long Beach Hotel and the Solana Beach Hotel, with good restaurants.<br><br>The "Beach Penthouse" offers long walks on our white sandy beach, crystal clear water, swimming pool and sun loungers. In addition, the service of a maid is included.<br><br>Water sports including diving, underwater walking, parasailing, kitesurfing, tubing, as well as a selection of restaurants can be found next to the resort. Not to mention the Water Park just 5 minutes away.<br><br>THE PENTHOUSE<br><br>The same interior designer of the largest hotels in Mauritius, designed the interior of the "Beach Penthouse". The kitchen is Italian-made, plus 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 single beds, cot and high chair, 2 bathrooms. <br>2 bedrooms as well as the dining room and living room have sea views, as you can see in the photos and all have air conditioning, including the living/dining room. 2 private parking spaces are allocated to the penthouse.<br><br>The apartment complex was developed on a 6,000 square metre plot in 2009 with a 60-meter beachfront. The owners have managed to develop a six-star property. Most of the new owners are relatives and close friends.<br>It is an area of 320 square metres, 200 square metres of living space, and 120 square metres of open terrace.<br><br>Living Space: Large open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with beautiful ocean views. The dining table seats 10 people; there is another table and chairs on the terrace. The living room has a smart TV with local channels and Canal Sat, YouTube and Netflix channels. FAST WIFI that allows you to stay connected with your loved ones or if needed to work. <br><br>Kitchen: In addition to the large fridge in the kitchen, there is a separate wine/champagne fridge; Also modern oven, microwave, gas hob, Nespresso machine (capsules not included) and dishwasher. The land is well planted and landscaped, with a gardener and a housekeeper working five days a week. The complex is professionally managed and well maintained.<br><br>SECURITY<br><br>The complex is fenced and secured, with CCTV cameras around the entire perimeter. It is staffed by 24-hour security guards. <br>The penthouse has a safe.<br><br>SERVICES<br><br><br>Our Manager will welcome you. For late arrivals, we organise your first dinner at an additional cost if booked at least 4 days before.<br>The housekeeper works 3 hours, 5 x a week.
