This semi-detached house with pool is located in a village only 15 minutes by car from the beaches. In total, two apartments fill the house half, each has its own entrance. The floors are connected by external stairs. One apartment is on the first floor, the other one is on the second floor. The half of the house is ideal for larger families or friends who want to travel together. You are vacationing here in a tradtition rich vacation area. Especially Rabac is very popular because of its bright white beaches and crystal clear sea. The small, medieval Labin will also let you experience a lot of history and interesting architecture, it is a place with a significant cultural heritage.

Très belle location très bien entretenue avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bo

Très belle location très bien entretenue avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon moment en famille ou entre amis.Seul bémol maison voisine avec trois chiens continuellement lâchés sur la route qui aboient et qui tentent d'entrer dans la propriété.Également sur l'annonce il est indiqué que la plage de chien la plus proche est à 8000 m ce qui n'est pas vrai. Il faudrait également préciser qu'il faut éviter absolument les accès par chemin sinueux aux plages en voiture car dangereux. Nous avons été pris et attendons toujours la dépanneuse pour nous sortir de cette situation. Heureusement nous avons pu remonter la pente en marche arrière par traction mais cela était très dangereux.Pour finir il serait bien que la propriétaire ne commence pas le check out la veille du départ mais attende la fin du séjour.

Heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor heerlijke dagjes uit. Dichtbij de kust en leuke stadjes zoals Labin en Rabac (binnen 10 minuten). Ook is alles aanwezig voor een heerlijke comfortabele dag rondom het huis. De twee zussen zorgen voor een welkom ontvangst en als er onverhoopt iets is staan ze gelijk klaar met een oplossing. Dus Top!!
