The apartment is located in a family house and is the perfect base for your vacation. The kitchen with dining room and living room will be the natural meeting place for you, and the beautiful outdoor pool offers cooling on the hottest days. You can also use the barbecue to prepare your favorite dishes in the open air and enjoy the warm evenings.



The town of Rabac is a popular tourist destination, named the "Pearl of Kvarner" because of its beautiful beaches that offer an abundance of sports opportunities. In the evening we recommend a walk along the well-kept beach promenade and a taste of the local specialties from this interesting region. For active vacationers, Rabac has well-developed pedestrian and cycling paths, as well as a cycling center. Boat trips from Rabac to nearby islands are also recommended, as well as a visit to the nearby hilltop old town of Labin, rich in history and culture.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen, Schlafen und Relaxen braucht.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen, Schlafen und Relaxen braucht. Das Bad ist in der Ausstattung etwas älter, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. Das Highlight ist der Garten, welcher rund um das Haus sehr schön angelegt und bepflanzt ist, sowie der tolle, sehr große Pool. Die nahegelegene Strandpromenade, welche für Kinder viel bietet und zum Essen und Trinken super ist, kann man mit einem Auto gut erreichen. Zum Laufen war für uns der doch sehr steile Berg zu anstrengend.

Vi nød solen, poolen og roen på stedet, men også muligheden for at køre til lækre strande og spændende byer.Når man kommer til et lejet hus, står der ofte lidt forskelligt; salt og peber, sukker og mel, vaskemiddel mm. Det her hus er det absolut mest spartanske hus, vi har lejet. Med det in mente giver vi det vores varmenste anbefalinger.

Wir haben die FeWo mit 4 Erwachsenen gebucht.

Wir haben die FeWo mit 4 Erwachsenen gebucht. Die Größe ist ausreichend, auch wenn das kleine Zimmer wirklich klein ist, und kaum mehr Platz als für 1 Bett 140 x 200 bietet. Aber für s Schlafen ok.. Ein Schrank steht im Flur.Das größere Zimmer mit eigenem Schrank und Zugang zur Terasse ist schön.Der Küchen- und ist Wohnbereich ist gut klimatisiert, in den Schlafräumen kommt davon weniger an, gescheites Lüften am Morgen und Nachts sowie geschlossene Fensterläden tagsüber helfen.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (uns fehlte nichts) und sauber, ein ausreichend großer Kühlschrank vorhanden und Stauraum für Lebensmittel.Der Wohnraum mit Tür zu den Terassen ist geräumig mit bequemen Sofa, SAT-TV mit Deutschen Programmen funktioniert nicht.Störend optisch und räumlich lediglich ein Bett als 5. Schlafplatz, sieht nicht gut aus und versperrt etwas den Terrassenzugang, man stößt sich leicht (ist durchaus schmerzhaft) Weniger wäre mehr. Es wäre zu wünschen, dass das Bett entfernt wird, wenn weniger als 5 Personen gebucht haben.Das Bad sauber mit Dusche und Bidet . Funtionsfähige, einfach zu bedienende Waschmaschine vorhanden. 1 bis 2 Steckdosen zum Laden von Rasieren, Zahnbürsten oder Föhnen fehlen vielleicht, sowie Handuchhaken.Der Außenbereich mit 2 Tischen / Essbereichen mit Schirm bzw. Pavillon , Pool mit Pooldienst, Liegen und weiteren Sonnenschirmen ist schön und bietet ausreichend Platz, der Aus-Blick aufs Meer über Cres, bis Ravni und hoch nach Labin hat uns sehr gefallen.Die FeWo liegt wohl auf einer Höhe von ca. 170 m, ein Auto ist muss, der Fußweg aus Rabac-Strandpromenade beschwerlich.Der Vermieter und seine Frau wohnen im abgestellten Hausteil, spechen Englisch und sind erreichbar bei Fragen.. FAZIT.. Die FeWo hat alles gehalten, was wir erwartet hatten. Wir können sie empfehlen

Sehr schöne Wohnung.Super Pool der Ausblick ist sehr schön.Man muss gut zu Fuss sein oder ein Auto da es am oberen Ende des Ortes liegt.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett .
