The open floor plan is ideal for spending quality time with your guests in a large living with a sleeper sofa and dining area as well as a fully stocked kitchen with island. There is plenty of seating for everyone. The upstairs has an additional family room with large flat screen TV and sleeper sofa. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has also has a king size bed with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds with twin size beds. There is a shared full bathroom with a shower tub combo.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Community amenities includes; seasonally run shuttle to Bethany Beach, outdoor pool, fitness center, multi sport court, sauna and walking trails.

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)
