This stone house is located on the outskirts of a small rural village, which offers a quiet vacation away from the hustle and bustle especially due to the nature and the many greenery. The rooms are functionally equipped and furnished. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the surrounding vineyards and also catch a glimpse of the highest peak in Croatia, Mount Ucka.



During the day you can relax in the swimming pool as well as take walks in the nature and bike rides. Visit the town of Zminj and other surrounding places, with churches and frescoes worth seeing.

Großartig!!

Tolles Haus wenn man Ruhe sucht. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und total sauber, was man braucht ist vorhanden, sogar der Kühlschrank war gefüllt. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich freundlich, wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Eine Woche in Milotski Breg

Der Aufenthalt war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Nicht nur die sehr herzliche Begrüßung der Gastgeber*innen überraschte uns sondern auch das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis machte den Urlaub perfekt für uns. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen, an alle die ein paar erholsame Tage in Kroatien verbringen möchten.

Ich kann das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Ich kann das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Das Haus war sowohl innen als auch außen in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Die Gastgeber sind ganz nette und aufmerksame Leute. Als wir ankamen war bereits etwas zum Essen + Trinken im Kühlschrank und die freundlichen Gastgeber haben uns sogar was selbst gebackenes mitgebracht. Es ist spontan noch eine Person + Hund mitgereist, was überhaupt kein Problem war. Die Lage war für uns optimal (Pula ca. 45 Minuten, Porec ca. 45 Minuten, Rabac ca. 40. Min…). Wenn wir fragen hatten, standen uns die Gastgeber jederzeit zur Verfügung und haben uns alle Fragen beantwortet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes und super sauberes Steinhaus. Ein perfekter Urlaub mit Kindern in absolut ruhiger Umgebung und viel Auslauf im Garten. Der Pool ist schön und der Empfang der Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Im Kühlschrank befand sich bereits alles was man für die ersten Urlaubstage benötigt. Ein Kontakt per SMS zur Gastgeberin war jeder Zeit möglich und absolut angenehm. Die Fahrzeit zu den Stränden im Osten wie auch Westen beträgt ca. 30-40 Minuten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Tolle Finca zum Wohlfühlen

Uns hat die Finca sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt bei der Anreise. Ljiljana und Igor haben uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und überall im Haus nürzliche Dinge und kleine Aufmerksamkeit verteilt (kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank, Kaffee und Milch für den nächsten Morgen, kleine süße Geschenke, versch. Weine, Gewürze, Öl & Essig etc., Mückenschutz, sämtliche Putzsachen...). Wir haben uns über alles sehr gefreut und es gerne genutzt. Pool und Garten war sehr gepflegt und wir haben viele schöne Stunden hier verbracht. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker (ca. 7-10 Minuten fahrtweg). Zum nächsten Strand fährt man doch etwa 30-40 Minuten. Aber auch das lohnt sich! Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns nochmal bei Ljiljana und Igor für die tolle Betreuung und lieben Geschenke!
