Homerez - Bungalow 8 km away from the beach for 6 ppl. with shared pool

This bungalow, located in Fréjus, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a shared pool from 01 April to 30 September, a furnished terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV, WiFi, a radio and a CD player. WiFi is available for an additional cost.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 8 or outside, on the terrace.
The bungalow has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed, and 2 including 2 single beds Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and a toilet and one with a shower.
The bungalow features air conditioning, a washing machine, central heating, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, mosquito nets and ironing equipment.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 80 euros to be paid on site. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed.
Bikes are at your disposal.
To have access to the pool and activities of the camping, additional fees need to be paid on site (Fun Pass) .
There is a deposit of 500 euros for the mobile home and another 80 euros for the cleaning. It must be sent 2 weeks before arrival. A contract will be made one month before arrival.
