The house features a vacuum cleaner, central heating, a washing machine, ironing equipment and cleaning products.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 80 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 15 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 3€ per pet per night. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
