Nice locations, beautiful views. Several amenities were not available for use. The blow dryer did not work, the fireplace in the room did not work, the remote control did not have batteries, the can opener did not work, only one eye on the stovetop worked. Hot water didn’t stay hot very long which made it a challenge to use the heart shaped tub in the room. Enjoyed our stay just wish that we had availablity to the items listed above
The view from the balcony was not good due to trash being on the ground. The was not a trash bag in the trash can. You couldn't play pool due to the area the pool table was in was too small. When i tried to play the sticks kept hitting the wall. I had to wait to get my pin number to get into my cabin.

Disappointed
Our stay in your cabin had its good points and bad. The walk in shower was great. The bed was nice. We didn't try the heart shaped jacuzzi being 70 yrs old. The pool table was in a little nook. No way to use a pool stick without possibly breaking a window. But the killer was being told the night before our arrival that the hot tub wasn't working. And it bubbled a reminder the whole 4 days with its tub full of nice clear bubbling COLD water that the heater coils were out!
I appreciate the reimbursement for part of the rental but I was so looking forward to being in that hot tub!

Anniversary weekend
Loved the cabin it was clean and pretty! The jets in the jacuzzi tub did not all work and the lights in the hot tub didn’t work. The pool table is poorly placed because there is not enough room to properly play. The communication with the property manager was not good. Check in was at 4 but It took me two times to call about not getting the door code and address of the place before I got someone to send me the correct email I was suppose to get causing us to check in late!

Good location close to National Park. Cabin needs deep cleaning and kitchen was not well stocked.
Overall the cabin worked for what we needed. The layout was good. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck but we couldn't really use the deck for anything else. It was very closed in with the privacy walls and the hot tub kicked on every 30 minutes or so and it was VERY loud. The cabin was not very clean. There were thick layers of dust on the blinds, legs of pool table, ceiling fans, and end tables. Most of the tables had greasy spots on them when we arrived. The sink faucet had toothpaste on it. We called maintenance twice. The first time we called to ask how to to connect to wifi as this information wasn't provided. We also reported that the shower doors were not connected at the bottom. Maintenance came out quickly but after the "repair" of the doors, we could hardly move the doors on the shower. It was very difficult to get in and out of the shower. The second time we called maintenance was to report that a bear had pulled garbage out of the dumpster behind the cabin. Maintenance came quickly and got the bear to leave. The garbage was never cleaned up. It remained scattered all over the sides of the "creek" for the whole time we were there. The bear stayed off and one for one or two days. The bear didn't bother us but the hillside covered with garbage really detracted from the creekside views.
In the kitchen we missed having a baking sheet or casserole dish to prepare a couple of meals that we had planned. We also missed a wine bottle opener. Dish soap, 2 small bars of soap, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper were provided. You will need to bring your own shampoo and extra toilet paper etc.

Cabin
It was nice and cozy but it was not like the online pictures. They could do some upgrades and fix hot tub. They need to provide better things to cook with. They could decorate the cabin.

Our four days stay was amazing. The office even called to check on us to see how we were doing and we liked the property. Great communication excellent service. very quiet area and safe and clean. Very peaceful and private. Thank you I will be coming back again.
Over all , the cabin was fun close to the mountains, close to go shopping an all other ventures.. me an my wife enjoyed it. An look Foward to future visits😎
We had a decent stay but the small things needs to be addressed here. The duvet cover for the bed was ripped. The pillows are not very comfortable so bring your own. The toilet is very shaky in the bathroom to the point you feel like you’re gonna fall. The tile was coming up in the bathroom as well. When we arrived the pool table was dirty with ashes but the property got it cleaned within a day or so. Overall a decent cabin but would much better if the upkeep was done. The hot tub was clean and wonderful to use everyday!
