Problems

We had several issues with our property. We had a leak that flooded the dining room reported it twice and it was not fixed. The hot tub smelted bad and had mold around it. The pool table was ripped. Some of the rooms had the beds made but look like the did not sweep or dust. There was a broken board on the bottom stepped and one of my guest fell. The BBQ grill was not cleaned so we did not use it. There was cigarette butts in front of the steps. There were cobwebs not cleared off. The bathroom floors were dirty and there were fingerprints all over the windows. Troy appears housekeeping did an awful job of cleaning
