My name is Konstantinos, My friends Jim, Andrew & I have loved the Blue Mountain/Collingwood area for years now. We visit often and enjoy the outdoor adventures with our wives and kids.
We decided to purchase this great get away to enjoy during the summer and winter months when we can. We want to share this little piece of paradise with you and your family.

Why they chose this property

Blue Mountain Village is a 5 min drive or 30 min walking / 8 min bike ride.
Downtown Collingwood and Downtown Thornbury is located within a 10-15 minute drive where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, shops and more. There is a Driving Range on the south corner of the condo property (opposite side of road).
The Collingwood Trails encompasses over 60 kilometers of recreational trails for cyclists, walkers, joggers, skiers, and snowshoers as well as adults and kids commuting to work or school. There’s a Trail leading to every major point of interest in the Town including the beaches of Sunset Point, the scenic lookout at Millennium Park, the tranquil gardens of the Arboretum, the new Labyrinth, the historic Station Museum, and Collingwood Downtown.
The property has a few guest parking spots throughout.

What makes this property unique

The Blue Mountain Transit link, travels from Collingwood downtown to Blue Mountain village. Travels across Mountain RD on the south end of the condo property.
Trails are being built around the natural preserve, pond and all the way to Scandinave Spa. Trails will eventually reach the Blue Mountain Village.
