●Traditional style, SEMI-DETACHED, Newly renovated 4 bdrm CHALET, perfect for a family or small group, 1,600 sq. ft, on 2 levels. Maximum 10 people allowed, including adults and children.
●Open concept top floor with a large kitchen living room with a huge brick fireplace (electric) and cable HDTV.
●Enjoy the large deck with views of the mountain.
●Located within 1 km of Blue Mountain SKI RESORT and a short 10-15 minute walk to the Village (Duplex Building)
●5 min drive to our own PRIVATE BEACH ON GEORGIAN BAY, 1-2 min drive to SKI HILLS.
●Volleyball & soccer fields, playground for kids

The main floor has 4 bedrooms, two bedrooms with one double bed in each room, two bedrooms with one double bed and one single bed, the living room has 2 pull out couches.
The unit comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.

The chalet is located within 1 km of Blue Mountain and a short 10-15 minute walk to the Village, with over 25 shops, bars and restaurants.

The chalet comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a standard size fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans and cutlery. The chalet also comes with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, etc. (You may want to bring some coolers as the fridge is only regular sized) Specialty items like blenders, electric frying pans, measuring cups, hair dryer, ironing board, etc. are not provided.

Propane BBQ (Spring, Summer & Fall ONLY), propane tank provided.

The host was welcoming and the place was relatively clean. The property served it's purpose - we basically just needed a place to stay for a couple of nights with another family and their small children. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the property was run down and dated. It is part of a commercially owned portfolio and you could feel that vs. just staying at someone's personal property. As nice as the owners were, I just expected a bit more for the price.

We had a great stay! The chalet was warm, cozy with a variety of seating/lounging options, and well kept. Costumer service was very responsive to our questions and concerns. We felt very well taken care of during our entire stay. All paper towel, dish soap, and toilet paper were provided. When we ran out of supplies, they were delivered promptly following request. We did have to bring our own bath towels though, which for us, wasn’t huge concern. However, hand towels were not supplied in the washrooms. Had we known this ahead of time, we would have brought our own. We recommend a stay here and we would return!

Health Hazard

Major leak in bottom level, floor and rugs soaked(unable to sleep in any of 3 bedrooms due to Mold smell). Had shower curtain replaced on second level due to Mold. Roof leaks in dining area(our card game cut short) Many noticeable previous leaks on ceiling. Not informed about these health hazard issues prior.

The guest forgot to mention that they actually never stayed in this cottage. They booked it but were given a bigger cottage on arrival. So this cottage never had any mold issues.
