This beautiful modern two-bedroom, two-level condo is located in scenic Collingwood/Blue Mountains, Ontario. Nestled at the base of Blue Mountain with ski-in, ski-out access(snow conditions permitting) to Blue Mountain's North Chair (expert terrain), this tranquil and light-filled vacation home features beautiful views of the surrounding woods,hills, lake and mountain stream, all linens and towels, quick and easy on-site check-in/out and free shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village (A 3-minute drive/15-20 min walk.)

Please note that the Condo is directly on the mountain slope so there are a number of steps to reach the front door.

Town of The Blue Mountains Mandatory Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) of 4% has automatically been added to your short term booking.

The MAIN floor of the this unit features a huge front entrance deck with picnic table, a fully-equipped kitchen, quartz counters and eating area, sunny living room with feature fireplace and 50" television with Cable and netflix, walk-out to a full size balcony, a 3-piece shower room, and a spacious bedroom with twin beds, flatscreen television and a double closet. Free Wifi Hi Speed Internet / Free Netflix / Free parking

The SECOND floor features a loft-style Master bedroom with LED flatscreen, 4-piece ensuite bathroom with rain shower and a walkout to a private balcony with seating area and views of the resort and Georgian Bay in the distance.

On-site amenities include access to an outdoor heated swimming pool open Victoria Day-Labour Day, Hot tub (year round), tennis courts, free shuttle service to the Village. Hiking, skiing and snowshoeing is at your front door with easy access to trails up Blue Mountain and along the Bruce Trail.

This Blue Mountain vacation rental is close to all amenities including golf, tennis, shopping, Scandinave spa, restaurants, zip cable lining, mountain biking and mini putt.

Great location to towns and The Blue Mountains Village which is always fun to wander around.The hosts had one of the most thorough and well thought out manuals for the condo I've ever seen and it was really appreciated.The thoughtful welcome gift of a bottle of wine was a surprise touch.Definitely wouldn't hesitate to book again if in the area again.

The location was terrific - nudging right up against the mountain with a stream flowing down the side of the unit which was lovely to listen to while on the deck in the afternoon. The condo was very clean upon our arrival and was in very good shape. This matched the photos and descriptions that we reviewed prior to booking the place. The hosts were excellent, providing a lot of direction and reaching out in a timely manner to ensure everything was in place prior to our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed this location. One of the best rentals we have had in The Blue Mountains!

The property was absolutely beyond our expectations. Lovely property, quiet. End unit so you are against the open woods with soothing sounds of nature. Lots of privacy with 3 separate balconies if want to spread out. Loved the babbling brook, so very soothing when sitting on the balcony. Hosts were amazing. Quick to get back to you when had questions. This property is truly 5 star in all respects. We are a family of four, originally from England and Spain, and moved to Canada and Collingwood in 2010. We are an active family and love all outdoor activities including biking, hiking, skating, swimming and beaches but most especially skiing and snowboarding. So Collingwood/Blue Mountains is the perfect venue for us with no end of activities to participate in.

We love to travel and explore new places, and Collingwood offers it all! Over the past 20 years, Intrawest Resorts has spent millions of dollars creating a perfect getaway for a weekend, a week or a month!

Less than 2 hours from Toronto, this condo located at North Creek resort is the perfect jumping off point for enjoying a wide range of activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, swimming, zip-lining, Eco-adventures, golfing, tennis or just kicking back at the beautiful beaches of Georgian Bay.

We live in the Town of Collingwood 15 minutes from the Blue Mountain Resort so are close by if needed and know the surrounding area very well.

Why they chose this property

We explored most of Canada before deciding where we chose to live and the Collingwood/Blue Mountains area is the perfect combination for us - On Georgian bay of Lake Huron, next to the largest and best ski resort in Ontario and within 2 hours of Toronto.
We bought this property in June 2014 and have completed an extensive renovation in May 2022 to make this condo perfectly equipped for for short term rental.
We bought the property as an investment solely for short term rental and will not be using ourselves as we live 15 minutes away in Collingwood - the primary purpose is to provide the ultimate accommodation for you, the guest. We would like to share with you all the activities in the surrounding area that we enjoy ourselves. It is not a weekend home for us with the guest as a secondary supplemental income to help pay for our cottage - we are here for you and will be on hand to answer questions immediately and make the booking process as smooth as possible.

What makes this property unique

Our Condo is a quiet, modern, private and tranquil oasis within the Blue Mountain Resort area, away from the late night noise of the village but within walking distance or a free shuttle ride away. It is situated directly on the Mountain, overlooking the slopes with forest views from the side and rear patio area which you can enjoy whilst dining outside and listening to the relaxing sounds of the mountain stream running by. The loft bedroom balcony also offers a quiet space to enjoy a book or a glass of wine with distant views of the bay.
A two-level, two bathroom layout ensures that everyone has adequate space and comfort and an extensively equipped kitchen allows you to stay and cook at home if you wish.
The condo is attractively and comfortably furnished with everything you could wish for including wifi high speed internet, Cable, Netflix, and free parking. All this in the perfect location that is ski-in/ski-out with the added on site facilities of a heated swimming pool (seasonal), hot tub, tennis courts, bbq and laundry facilities - what more could you ask for!
