Our luxurious chalet is designed in a French style with oak and cedar and is cleaned and sanitized for each arrival. It comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and a queen-size pull-out bed in a separate room. The master bedroom boasts a queen size bed with a cozy sitting area, along with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has its own bathroom and a double bed, while the third bedroom is located in the basement featuring a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Within the living area in the basement, there's a pull-out queen bed that sleeps 2.
Outdoor Amenities include a shared pool exclusively for complex residents and only open during the summer months, and a spacious private 8-person hot tub and a gas barbeque. Enjoy the luxury of two private decks furnished with chairs and tables.
Inside Amenities include a 55-inch flat-screen TV with access to Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, instant hot water, garburator, dishwasher, and a full-sized washer and dryer. We provide towels and linens at no additional charge. Take this opportunity to treat yourself to a well-deserved break!
Additional amenities include a pool, a private 8-person hot tub, a surround sound system throughout the chalet, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. You'll also find a garburator, dishwasher,, phones and more. Relax on the two private decks, each furnished with comfortable chairs and tables. We provide all the towels and linens you need.
The chalet is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive to Blue Mountain Village, offering a wealth of activities such as skiing, shopping, dining, and leisurely walks. For outdoor pontoons and water sports, you can explore the offerings on the Livingstone Golf Resort website. If relaxation is your goal, the area boasts exceptional spas. Both the Scandinavian Spa and Living Waters Resort & Spas provide massage and water therapies. Additionally, the beach is just a brief 5-minute drive away and the town of Collingwood is a 10-minute drive away, providing access to shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and much more.
We kindly request that you adhere to and respect the following rules of the chalet:
• PRIMARY renter must be at least 25 years of age or older(children are welcome).
• No pets allowed.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. You may smoke on one of the decks.
• Parties and Events are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• • The property is best suited for family getaways.
