I can highly recommand the apartment!

I can highly recommand the apartment! Luciano is a thoughtful and very friendly host and the apartment simply perfect for a stay only few steps away from the ocean! Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need for a stay and the bedroom is quiet for a good night sleep looking to the courtyard.

Luciano is a great host and the flat is located perfectly. From there you reach the beach within seconds and the bus Station "St. Catalina" is about 7 min. by foot. There you can take the bus to the Airport and to other destinations around the island. Luciano provides everything for perfect holidays!

look forward to a repeat visit!

Lovely little flat, less than two minutes from the beach. Luciano is a brilliant host - he is extremely helpful and very easy to get in touch with. In the flat there was a file he's created with lots of useful tips, from where to shop to where to eat etc - in three languages! And any other questions you might have, he's happy to answer them himself - as a local, he's a great source of knowledge indeed. The flat was clean, comfortable, with good WiFi, and easy to reach with public transport from the airport. It's a perfect location both for the beach and for a visit into town or even out of town, since the bus station is very close and most town and intercity buses stop there. I was totally happy with everything and look forward to a repeat visit!

Very good apartment

Appartamento super comodo, vicinissimo alla spiaggia de las canteras e a tutti i servizi:trasporto pubblico, supermercati, ristoranti. A soli 30 metri dalla spiaggia e molto attrezzato, luminoso e pulito, con wifi e Netflix gratuito, siamo stati benissimo e torneremo presto. Grazie a Luciano che è un anfitrione eccellente.

Regresamos de nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Luciano muy satisfechos. Fue nuestra primera experiencia así que era importante que fuese positiva, como lo fue realmente. El apartamento tiene una excelente ubicación, en medio de la zona comercial y recreativa de la ciudad, a un paso de Las Canteras, El Acuario Poema del Mar y otros lugares de interés histórico y cultural. Cuenta con acceso cómodo de bus y está bien equipado. Si regresamos a Las Palmas, repetiremos en el alojamiento de Luciano.

Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación. A un minuto de la playa y muy cerca de muchas opciones de restauración y ocio. La comunicación con Luciano fue muy fácil y agradable en todo momento. El apartamento está muy bien equipado.
