The desires of each of a perfect vacation. To fulfill this wish, our apartment "Strandvilla Baabe 17 - Seenelke" offers the best conditions. Therefore to begin with your arrival of the holiday: the beds are made, the sauna invites you to relax and the cleaning of the apartment, we take care of.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity, water and heating are included. Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Towels, firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to be paid in advance.
Bed linen is included and the beds are made upon arrival.

With a distance of only about 100m you live close to the beach. Spend just once a day in peace and enjoy the glorious sunshine. Whether the beautiful sandy beach, in their own homes, while cycling or walking along the beach promenade. Your new home provides the perfect starting point for this.

For the perfect rest and relaxation our stylish and superbly equipped apartment on the ground floor of the beach villa Baabe is ideally suited.

The spacious living / dining area offers enough space for all passengers.
The atmospheric fireplace a cozy evening nothing stands in the way.
Likewise, the modern open kitchen is equipped with every comfort and kitchen utensil.

Also In total there are two bathrooms in the apartment. The larger of the two is equipped with a sauna, a corner bath, a shower and separateren a modern washing machine. The second bathroom is decked out with a toilet and a walk-in shower.

Both bedrooms are comfortable box spring. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an additional TV and the second bedroom with twin beds.

From the dining area there is access to the spacious terrace. Start from here to the day with a leisurely breakfast and the sound of the sea in the background. The terrace is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a beach chair.

Our apartment is also suitable for a great holiday with children. For the reason, the apartment is equipped with a baby bed and a high chair.

Also located in the immediate vicinity of a great and well maintained adventure playground, which makes the hearts of our little travel guests beat faster.

Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt, aber auf Rügen begibt es ja genug zu entdecken. Abends vor dem Kamin Ofen war es schön gemütlich. Alles in allen sehr empfehlenswert.

Entspannte kleine Auszeit

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung Seenelke und haben die Zeit wieder sehr genossen. Es war wie gewohnt sauber und die Organisation im Vorfeld reibungslos. Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt und auch Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit kurzen Wegen zu erreichen.Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gern wieder.

Toller Strandurlaub

Da wir in Baabe 14 Tage bestes Sommerwetter genießen durften, hatten wir einen richtigen Strandurlaub. Dazu hat auch die sehr schöne Ferienwohnung beigetragen, die in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und zum sonstigen Geschehen im Ort liegt.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Die Ferienwohnung war groß, sehr sauber und mit viel Komfort. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Strand war nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Ich würde allerdings im Sommer eine andere Wohnung bevorzugen, da die Terrasse zur Straße ausgerichtet ist, es keinen wirklichen Sichtschutz gibt ( die Hecke ist noch winzig ) Auf dieser kleinen Straße wird im Sommer sicherlich einiges los sein, da sie in ein großes Areal mit kleinen Ferienhäusern führt und auch die Touristeninfo mit Parkplatz und einem Spielplatz direkt gegenüber ist. Holz für den Kamin muß selbst gekauft oder mitgebracht werden. Gibts aber in den umliegenden Supermärkten zu kaufen. Wie jetzt so oft üblich ist der Schlüssel für die Wohnung in einer Box vor dem Eingang hinterlegt.👍 Super für eine flexible Ankunft

Geschmackvolle und hochwertige Austattung, alles benötigte für einen erholsamen Urlaub vorhanden. Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Sogar einen frischen Blumenstrauß vom Hausmeister haben wir auf dem Esstisch vorgefunden, vielen lieben Dank an Herrn Steinbrink und seine Frau. Dieses Objekt kann man nur empfehlen. Modern und voll ausgestattete Wohnung im EG zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Neben den Highlights wie Sauna, Whirlpool und Kamin unter Anderem genügend DVDs, Bücher (wobei die umfangreiche Ortbibliothek direkt gegenüber ist), ausreichend Geschirr. Der Bäcker und ein Supermarkt sind am anderen Ende der Strandstraße ca. 800m. WIr haben uns die Woche über trotz "Winterwetter" super wohl gefühlt.

Ferienwohnung in Neubau mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Hervorragende Wohnung mit besonderen Extras (Whirlpool und Sauna) sowie angenehmen Raumklima und Fußbodenheizung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre hilfreich (noch besser wären Chipkarten auch für Müll und Garage). Bei diesem (Preis)Niveau sollten Handtücher und Bettwäsche selbstverständlich vorhanden und kostenfrei sein. Die enge Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage erfordert einiges Geschick.

Kleine Hinweise

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit Ihrer Unterkunft und allem was diese zu bieten hat. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Nur zur Kenntnis und Hilfe: Fliegengittertür Küche springt aus dem Rahmen, der sich immer beim Schließen absenkt Im Deckel der Kaffeemaschine ( Kanne) sammelt sich der Kaffee und macht ein sauberes Eingießen unmöglich Handtuchhalterung im Bad ist lose Aber wie gesagt, nur Kleinigkeiten Vielen lieben Dank und Gruß aus Berlin
