This villa, located in Cagnes-sur-Mer, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 June to 30 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a radio, a Hi-Fi, a CD player and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 3 including a double bed, Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub and one with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The villa features air conditionning, a dressing room, a jacuzzi, a dryer, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, a desk and a washing machine.
Note that the cleaning and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 15 euros to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 20 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed.
