Step into Belle Mer #703 and experience the pure pleasure of paradise – Gulf-style! From this seventh floor perch, you’ll have an amazing view of the ocean and an array of beach life. With an open floor plan and three bedrooms there is space for up to eight guests to relax comfortably. An open kitchen features lots of workspace as well as a breakfast bar for additional dining options. Flat screen televisions in the living room and all of the bedrooms and free Wi-Fi will give you everything you need to relax when you aren’t lounging on the beach. Your stay will also include access to the resort-style amenities including a community pool, hot tub, and tennis courts.

Good location but overpriced

Overall this was an okay condo. Some pros: beautiful view of gulf, steps from beach, bathroom in each bedroom. Cons: considering price, this place could have been more updated. Furniture and appliances old. Mattresses worn out. Other places we have stayed at provided more basic necessities such as dishwasher pods.

Holiday Retreat

Our family enjoyed staying at this beach front condo. Upon arrival Southern Rentals was able to immediately resolve issues with the Halo Water Alert System. It was clean and spacious for the six of us. The beach was a little chilly most days, but managed a couple of days on the beach. There are plenty of activities close by to enjoy. We visited the Gulf Breeze Zoo, museums in Pensacola, and shopping at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. We will be back for another family retreat.
