Step into paradise at 442 East Royal Fern Way, an exquisite 5-bedroom retreat in WaterColor Crossing. This professionally decorated home boasts a private pool, hot tub, spacious outdoor area, and a new 6-seater electric cart to whisk you to nearby beaches and attractions.

Inside, soothing tones, hardwood floors, and an airy open floor plan create an inviting space. The chef's kitchen dazzles with its oversized island, Wolf and Subzero appliances, and marble herringbone backsplash, flowing seamlessly into a cozy living area complete with a wet bar, ice maker, and wine fridge. Gorgeous home in great Watercolor location. The pool was perfect and the swing in the screened-in porch was the perfect relaxation area. Very comfortable and spacious home and truly stunning. Easy check in and out process -- all went smoothly. Most relaxing trip we've had!

Amazing house. Perhaps the best house we have stayed at in Watercolor. Kids loved the pool in the backyard. The screened in porch was fantastic. This house made it so easy to relax!* We enjoyed staying in the Crossing District for the first time with this house. But it is not in the Camp District as listed. It ultimately didn’t matter for us, as we had the golf cart to get us where we needed to go. Would love to stay here again down the road!
