New Lakefront Condo

Gorgeous condo built in 2021 with stunning views of Possum Kingdom Lake. Located near shopping, restaurants and many activities including, hiking and biking trails, public beach and nearby marina that can help you with their many water activity rentals. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps six, with a king bed in the master bedroom and queen bed and day bed/trundle in the second bedroom. While located on the second floor, there is an elevator and for guests to utilize. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym for guests to enjoy.

While we want you to enjoy your spectacular PK condo experience, there are rules that need to be listed, as this is a “family oriented” condominium.

You must use common sense and courtesy as it relates to other guest or owners using this facility. * No profanity, loud music, lewd behavior, large parties or activities that offend other owners/guests will be allowed. * A list of amenities, common area access codes, HOA rules and house rules is located on kitchen island in the condo.

** Violation of these rules could result in eviction, and no refund if rules are violated.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony and kids loved the pool/hot tub. Loved the wagon to help bring our things up to the condo and also had pool towels for us to use. Jeff was a great host and responded quickly when I had a question. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We booked for a long weekend for our family of five and this condo did not disappoint. It was spacious, well decorated, everything you need for a getaway (linens, basic toiletries, fully stocked kitchen appliances) and the balcony overlooked the pool area and the marina. We loved the access to Hemingways Restaurant, an easy two minute stroll down the street.

Great Vacation

This was a fantastic vacation. We really enjoyed the condo with all of its amenities. Located next to the dock for renting boats and WaveRunners. My grandsons really enjoyed fishing from the near by banks catching numerous fish. We will be doing this again.

Condo as nice advertised. Well provisioned with everything one might need for a lake vacation (well, minus a boat!). Many small details were provided, such as plenty of coffee and a kitchen with all the cookwear necessary to feed a family.
