The Casa del Pino Marino is designed on 2 levels. From the bestuhlten terrace leads directly into the living room. Here are 2 sofas. We offer the object primarily to two people. Although the open kitchen area itself is not very big, but with all the Important including dishwasher, oven, 4 burner hob, extractor hood and fridge etc.. A TV (flat screen) with satellite connection is available. The atmosphere is friendly, bright and spacious.
A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the bedroom with double bed. Again, the current modern style is continued in the facility. From here you can directly commits the beautiful large apartment terrace, with panoramic views of course.

The bathroom, located in the upper living area is very modern: wall hung WC, bidet, transparent shower, hair dryer.
The attractive apartment is air conditioned, so you can be ideally used both in summer and in the cooler months. A small safe is available.

Optimal Combination with Paradise View Blue or Red. (The other half of the building with yellow facade, next to the Casa del Pino Marino hosts another apartment with the same device, that would, if necessary, of course, also offer a combination). About 150 steps below is a good hotel. Here you can also spontaneously go out to dinner or take the mood takes a nice aperitivo at the bar or in the summer on the panoramic hotel terrace (see photo).
