Welcome to our sublime 39 m2 air-conditioned flat in the heart of Paris, close to the Louvre, numerous restaurants and the centre of the City of Light. Our flat is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and offers modern facilities to make your stay enjoyable.

Ideally located in the sumptuous Louvre district, a few steps from the Louvre Museum and its Pyramid, 5 minutes from the Jardin du Palais Royal and its mythical Buren Columns, and Place de la Concorde. You can stroll along the famous Pont des Arts, the "lovers' bridge", shop on rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, and walk to Saint Germain des Prés, the Champs Elysées and the Jardin des Tuileries.
This is a very lively district, thanks to its many pedestrianised streets that give access to numerous trendy restaurants and bars;

1.5 km from Notre-Dame de Paris, 10 minutes from the magnificent Place Dauphine on the Ile de la Cité.

Great location

Place was great. Only real complaint is that the property was described as having a dryer, which it does not. There are several washers in the building but no dryer, nor was there a drying rack. I would suggest putting a drying rack in the apartment so people can do small amounts of laundry onsite. There is a laundromat a few blocks away, which is what we ended up using.

Plumbing spoiled stay

We liked the apartment except for a shower that did not work. First the drain did not work and water flooded the bath. Second, the overhead shower head did not function at all. The repair required a part that did not arrive while we were there. The staff did its best to remedy the problem but until the plumbing issue is settled, I would not return.

Terrific apartment located close to the action

My husband, teen son and I stayed here for several nights and found it a great location for many sites as well as easy metro access for everything else. Communication with Prestige was great once I figured out the emails. One came thru from “hello” and one with a subject of YAAGO - do not reply. Once I was in contact with Johanna and signed up with YAAGO, communication was easy and thorough. AC and onsite free laundry a huge plus. Easy checkout. Thank you for an amazing Paris experience!

Misleading

Upon arrival we realized the place had not been cleaned. There were crumbs and grime on the kitchen table, as well as dirty fingerprints on the stove and cabinets and the showerhead was broken. There is only one window in the whole apartment and they are frosted. We were on the ground level and when you open them there are homeless people laying around and one of them was yelling at us through the window. There’s graffiti and trash piled up outside the window as well. We contacted the owner and they were unwilling to assist us so we ended up getting a refund from Vrbo and booked another place to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The pictures are very misleading. I wish I could attach pictures to this review so you could see what you’re getting into.
