Free WiFi and cable access will keep each guest entertained if a brief afternoon shower interrupts your sunny day on the beach. Everything Edisto has to offer is at your fingertips. Restaurants and shops are a few blocks away, and beach access is only a one-minute walk away! Bring or rent bicycles for an incredible way to explore your surroundings and get acquainted with island life. If you are planning to stay put, the spacious screened-in porch is the ultimate shady place to enjoy a book, a cold beverage, or a card game with your friends. Restful Edisto traditions start here!

I'd Do It Again

Peggy' Perch was a wonderful winter retreat to the beach. The fireplace made for nice toe warming after a cool morning walk on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and kitchen needs. Lots of space to move around inside and on the wonderful decks.

Great Beach Home!!

Six women on a retreat and we all enjoyed our stay!! Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen for cooking!! Plenty of clean towels. I liked the number of beds in the home and they were comfortable too! Clean. Short walk to the beach. Liked the half bath under the home...great when coming back from the beach. Also had a hose and outside shower with hot and cold water!! Very nice place to stay. Had a problem with the coffeemaker (operator error) and they brought a new pot right over!! Would definitely stay again!!

Small town girl

Loved the open space of the house and layout! 2 bathrooms was perfect. I really enjoyed the swings and screened in porch and underneath swing and rockers. Kitchen stocked with enough cooking pots and utensils. Sweet cottage all around and perfect location.
