One of the finest properties in the Var. This charming country house has some of the best views around, while still being less than 2 km away from Cotignac.
The space De Provence
It is set on a terraced plot, with an olive grove and vineyard.
2 minutes (by car) from the idyllic Provencal village of Cotignac (weekly market all year round, flea markets, concerts and open-air film festival during the holiday seasons and 40 minutes from Lac Ste Croix and the Gorges du Verdon.
Just over an hour from St. Tropez and the rest of the Riviera.
The house offers a surface of around 250m2 on several levels with very good size spaces.
Inside spaces
A beautiful double height very large sitting room with 2 doors directly onto the main dining terrace, with its beautiful 12 seater country table and outstanding views.
A fully equipped kitchen with a Sage dual boiler espresso machine, magi mix, Kitchen Aid to name but a few.
There is a relaxing library and sung area with its own terrace. Large screen TV and international TV channels.
Off the snug is an office with it’s own private terrace, a desk, printer and super fast fibre internet (1600mbs).
There are 6 bedrooms classically decorated and all with a mixture of queen and king beds.
All rooms have hanging wardrobe and draw space as well as wifi.

There is a pool CCTV and alarm system that allows the safety of the youngest. The pool can be heated on request.
There is private drive and parking for up to 4 cars.
A monitored CCTV system will ensure security.

The property is quaint with a superb aspect. Decent swimming pool, outside sitting areas and BBQ's. It's also very well equipped with all the utensils as well as washer / dryer etc.
I would definitely recommend it
We stayed for three weeks in this beautiful property which has fabulous views and is charmingly furnished with a very well equipped kitchen. Being close to the wonderful market village of Cotignac is a priority. The host Marion was excellent. She was immediately responsive, helpful and friendly and made our arrival and departure very easy. One of the many reasons we chose the property is that they have a Green Egg which we also have at home and use frequently. Unfortunately it didn’t get used much on our holiday as many pieces of the Egg equipment were missing which is a shame. Another reason was the listing states 3 bathrooms for the 6 bedrooms. Unfortunately it actually only has 2 plus a separate toilet which created queues as we had a full house for 2 of the three weeks! We have been visiting the the area for more than 30 years and we are already planning our visit next year but definitely need a better bathroom to bedroom ratio!
Cette propriété est bien située à 3 mm en voiture de Cotignac …il y a des dizaines de choses à faire sans grand déplacement…la Provence verte est magnifique ; villa adaptée pour « vivre » à l’extérieur
Tout est bien adapté; en revanche nous ne recommandons pas cette villa pour un séjour avec de jeunes enfants …(ce n’était pas notre cas) .beaucoup de murests, d’escaliers et de marches non protégés avec du vide donc pas adaptés à des enfants qui s’amusent et qui courent partout
Le coin piscine est génial et la vue parfaite
