Family gathering

This home was great for our first family gathering. Kitchens were well equipped. Lots of lake toys and room enough to spread out or gather. Hope to return next year.

Family Trip

My family of 13 stayed here VERY comfortably! The kitchen was fully stocked. This house was large enough for everyone to have their own space. The owners are very nice and care about your stay in their home. We had the best time staying here.

Outstanding home

We had a large group of family gather and we all throughly enjoyed ourselves. We had plenty of room to spread out. Spent all our time on the back porch or down at the dock! Cauahjt lots of fish too! Great time had by all!

Christmas with extended family on Lake Hartwell

A awesome property for our family: spacious, clean, equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas retreat on the lake. It was cold outside but extremely warm inside. We had a few warmer days to explore the natural beauty of the area-state parks, waterfalls, an alpaca farm, and Lake Hartwell scenery. Warmer temperatures are probably optimal for this area but our family would definitely do this again.

Perfect Sisters Retreat

To find a house for eight sisters to stay in together for a weekend retreat is a challenge. To find one they all loved is a miracle. But … we found THE ONE on Lake Hartwell. Here are some of my sisters’ remarks: • Truly was a perfect gathering spot - there were so many areas where we could all gather and also private spaces to have our one-on-one times. A true blessing. • It was great fun; no issues that I noted!! • We picked the perfect place. • Suggest a second luggage holder in the lower bedroom. Also, a littler larger table or a second table in that same bedroom would be nice additions. • House was really great! Beautiful! Comfortable! Homey! Great screened porch! Well equipped kitchens! No issues. • It was a wonderful home and well laid out to accommodate several age groups. It was relaxing and a perfect place for inside and outdoor fun. From this sister (who made all the arrangements) – Both David and his wife, Jaime, were fantastic to work with. The instructions provided were clear and easy to accomplish on check-out day. Thanks to the Joneses!

Property is very nice, is very comfortable, has quality furnishings, and feels like home. Great dock

The Owners are very nice and worked with us to move our dates when we had a family emergency that came up. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to going again in the future.
