Climb a few steps to reach the 1st floor where you will find the second and spacious air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a private bathroom, a toilet, a dressing room and a large bay window allowing you to enjoy the beautiful countryside and sea view.

The last steps will lead you to the magnificent air-conditioned living room, measuring more than 100 square metres and benefiting from a quadruple exposure. It has been designed to take full advantage of nature with its large bay windows, its bioclimatic pergola with sunroof, its multiple terraces and terraces sunny from morning to evening. Here the view is breathtaking at any time of the day.

The living room opens directly onto the infinity pool with waterfall made of reconstituted rocks.

The fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and the terrace create a very convivial space that allows you to prepare your meals while admiring this superb 180-degree view, while enjoying your guests.

As the villa is built in a U-shape, you can admire the pretty swimming pool at the same time as the view, from all rooms.
