The Property:

on location 24/7. Private pool area for completely relaxing after an action packed day at the theme parks or for fun and games pool side for the day. You can extend the fun and games to your very own games room within the home, great for families to keep everyone entertained day and night. You will not be disapointed staying in our beautiful villa and we are sure you will want to come back every time you visit Orlando....
Only minutes from Disney Parks and Orlando’s other famous theme parks, guests will also find the home convenient to restaurants, shopping, and more.
NOTE:
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.
As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.
In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
