Waterfront Beach House Getaway on Whidbey Island

Waterfront home on a private community beach with easy low bank access! Enjoy your days watching for wildlife, walking on the beach, paddle boarding or taking in views from the inside or outside.

Inside there are 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom with heated floor, well equipped kitchen, induction range, YouTube TV, Roku, WiFi, cozy seating and a gas fireplace.

Outside you'll find 2 paddle boards, gas grill, deck with a comfortable dining area, and a large yard. Views of Mount Baker, Saratoga Passage, Camano Island, and amazing sunsets. Spot whales, bald eagles, seals, deers, otters and shore birds.

Nearby you'll find great restaurants, wine tasting, breweries, movie theatre, unique shops, groceries, hiking, biking, golf, art galleries, state parks and more.

A 15 minutes drive from the Mukilteo ferry landing and 15 minutes to charming Langley, Bayview or Freeland.

Garage is not available for guest use.

As of March 2026 we have installed Ring cameras on the deck corner and driveway to monitor the yearly flooding issues.
