All the instructions were there. This is my second time to use Cobb and stay at the Pink Pelican. It was very relaxing and just what I needed.

Beach trip

Nice place! We made lots of memories here in just a few short days. Short walk to the beach. Road access to the beach is about 4-5 blocks up highway 87. Close proximity to the “Big Store” and other shopping needs. This cabin is well stocked in the kitchen with all your cooking needs. There are also lots of books & family games available. Sky lights & windows allow lots of natural lighting. This is a quaint, cozy cabin perfect for a family beach get away!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is in an awesome location. The beach is about a block away which is great if you don't want to drive. House had all the amenities that we needed. Only draw back is the Internet service is spotty but we were informed of this in our rental agreement so it wasn't that big of an issue. Would recommend it anyone who is looking for a house close to the beach.
