Four Season Lake Haven on East Grande Lake

Your backyard is the Lake! Big open floor plan on 1st level with comfy recliners all around. You have a beautiful view of the lake even if you're indoora. Beautiful lofts with private room separators upstairs. Master bedroom with a gorgeous master bathroom that has its own deck off the back door. Lots of light all around. Great screened in porch to enjoy the lake view. Big backyard for cookouts, games and fire pit. We are located at the end of the road where its very quiet and very private. Great fishing off the dock or just jump in to one of the kayaks and enjoy the day. Lots of salmon and bass and more to be caught. It's a great place for sitting back for family and friends time. You have a beautiful view of the sunrises. And on rainy days you still enjoy the view from the inside while playing some games or just sitting back reading a book.
There is great hiking around and trails if you have an atv to bring along. There is a public boat ramp right at the beginning of the road that you can use and just drive it straight to our dock and tie it up. Great coves and little beaches to check out whether in a kayak or on a boat.

Camp one more day

The camp and property were a perfect fit for our whole family (dogs included). Our kids and the neighbors kids made fast friends and they had a blast the entire time we were here.

Ice fishing trip

We had great time ice fishing for my son’s 16th birthday. Fishing was slow but we had fun anyway. House had everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves for 4 days.

Amazing Property

Gorgeous property, outstanding lake views. Beautiful fire pit overlooking lake with room for outdoor games. Since we arrived with an elderly parent it would have been helpful to see a photo or know about the steep slope to access the lake.

TREMENDOUS FAMILY GETAWAY!!!!!

We had a tremendous family week at East Grand Lake. You could not ask for a better venue. East Grand Lake was as beautiful as advertised. We had a tremendous fishing week as well catching so many smallmouth bass that we lost count. If you want to get away, unplug, and enjoy nature at its finest this place is for you. Perfect vacation for family interaction. Neighbors were very friendly and told us if we needed anything to just ask. The week melted away and it just was not fair that it went by so quickly. Cabin was cozy as advertised. Owner Tina was very responsive in all aspects with check-in what to bring and not to bring and she was a pleasure to deal with. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable Cabin but overpriced

The cabin was comfortable, and the lake is beautiful. I did think it was a bit expensive for the experience. The cabin had lots of other people's food in the fridge and cabinets, and while the neighbors were quite nice, it was a bit noisy. One neighbor started the wood splitter at 6:30am and the other neighbors ( a lovely family) are building a house so they have RV's and tents set up and a saw mill. It was a nice week, just not exactly what we were expecting.

Fun vacation rental for all!

Overall we had a great time! 4 out of 5 stars! The house is full of amenities, everything you may need on vacation. There's plenty of parking and outdoor space for our dogs to run around. There are kayaks, life vests, outdoor games, fire pit, charcoal grill, hammocks, swings, washer and dryer, towels, sheets, cleaning products, paper products, kitchen tools, various pots and pans, etc. The private dock and beach was wonderful! The water was so clear! We spent much of our time outdoors. The AC was ice cold, great for hot humid days. The screened porch is great for buggy nights. We stayed for 8 nights and it was so peaceful and quiet... except for 2 weekend days that the next door neighbors came and started the chain saw (they are building a house). They're extremely friendly people that share the driveway with this property. The rest of the quiet time made up for it though. The neighbors on the other side were very friendly as well. There's bike/ATV trails all around, very safe place for pets and kids. Stock up on groceries and drinks on your way up because it's a bit of a drive to the convenient store in town. We even got some fresh eggs from a local right across from the convenient store! This would've been a 5-star review if more effort was put into cleaning the place since there is a cleaning fee with the rental. We didn't expect the house to be spotless, but areas like the kitchen and bathrooms should've been cleaned more thoroughly for guests. We enjoyed our stay and had an amazing time at this rental with our friends. Our dogs loved every second of it too!

Summer trip

The view is spectacular. Can’t be beat! The accessibility of kayaks and the small beach was a plus. Although, there was a musty smell in the master bedroom, and one of the other bedrooms on the first floor. The ceiling fans, lamps and several corners of the home had moderate amounts of cob webs. It should be mentioned to the people who clean the home to pay attention to these fine details.

Relaxing family vacation

We enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to visit again. We loved the lake and the yard and the quiet. We kayaked every day and enjoyed relaxing a rainy day with books.

Beautiful spot on a pristine lake!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The owner states "rustic" but we found the amenities, furnishings and overall condition of the place to be much better than anticipated. This place is DIRECTLY on the lake and the pictures included don't do it justice! We caught fish, swam, used the provided kyaks, hiked, etc. and all was very relaxing and a wonderful respite from modern life. One note - this property shares a driveway with antother property which is by no means up to the same standards or attempt at tranquility, unfortunately. Overall a great week away with very nice accommodations and a responsive owner!
