Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine optimale Lage und ist für zwei Personen groß genug. Die Einrichtung ist völlig ausreichend, es besteht aber ein leichter Renovierungsstau. Beim Wohnzimmerschrank war die Befestigung einer Klapptür ausgerissen, dies haben wir Ihrem Büro auch gemeldet, da man sich hier beim Öffnen durchaus verletzen kann. Mehr als 10 Bodenkacheln weisen Risse auf und die Bodenleiste der Balkontür ist stark verrostet aber noch voll funktionsfähig.

Directement face à la mer, assez grand pour deux, avec un peu d'animation le jour, calme la nuit, tout peut se faire à pied, courses journalières etc.. Trois plages magnifiques et des couchers de soleil juste grandiose. Vue mer à 180° du matin au soir... Top

L’équipement de l’appartement est au minimum, et peu de rangement pour les vêtements /valises. Mais l’emplacement est idéal face à la mer avec une terrasse spacieuse.

Insgesamt eine "runde Sache". Wir hatten leichte Probleme, das Haus zu finden; den Parkplatz (Nr. 28) hätten wir uns nicht direkt an der Straße gewünscht; die Eingangstür zur Wohnung ist ziemlich unsicher (die Tür schließt nicht richtig, auch wenn abgeschlossen ist). Die Schlafcouch ist zum Schlagen ok - aber beim Sitzen bricht man sich fast den Rücken! Keine deutschen Fernsehsender, sind ein Manko! Die Wohnung hat keine Sonnenmarkise, ein spürbarer Nachteil; der vorhandene kleine Sonnenschirm tuts schon auch - ist aber unbequem und er ist sehr windanfällig! In der ganzen Wohnung ist kein einziger Haken zu finden, an dem man etwas aufhängen könnte. Das WLAN ist sehr teuer - aber es "flutscht" richtig!

Nous prenons en considération votre suggestion concernant le tapis de bain, cependant la décision finale revient au propriétaire. Toutefois, nous vous informons que l'équipement de cuisine a été changé. Malgré cet inconvénient nous serions heureux de vous accueillir à nouveau.

Pas mal

C'est la 2ème fois que nous allons dans ce logement. Il y a du mieux : portail électrique avec télécommande. Par contre pas de changement dans la salle de bain : toujours pas de rideau ou cabine de douche, résultat salle de bain toujours inondée, ça c'est nul.

Concernant la baignoire, il n'est pas possible de mettre un rideau, puisque d'un côté il y a le mur et de l'autre côté une vitre en plexiglas, il n'est donc pas possible fixer une barre de douche.
