Chalet with 6 rooms (190sqm). Groundfloor: 1 bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200cm) and 1 double bed (2x90x200cm). Shower/toilet, sauna, store room, washing machine and tumble dryer. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) and shower/toilet. Living room with sofa, dining table, chimney and modern open-plan kitchen (among other things furnished with capsules coffee machine Nespresso, fondue set). Big balcony and terrace. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) and shower/toilet. 2 bedrooms with double bed (180x200cm) and bathtub/toilet. Each room has a smoke detector. WiFi. Baby cot (80x120cm). Important note: At a lower occupancy not all bedrooms stay at your disposal. The following bedrooms will be locked: 7 to 8 persons: Ground floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200cm) and 1 double bed (2x90x200cm). Up to 6 persons: Ground floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200cm) and 1 double bed (2x90x200cm) and 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and shower/toilet.
INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, hot water, parking, washing machine, tumble dryer, store room for skis, WiFi, 10 capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine, baby cot (80x120cm, excl. bed linen), bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. ***There is a deposit fee of CHF/EUR 500.00 to pay directly in cash to the keyholder at the arrival*** ***Pets not allowed***.

Wunderschöne Location

Top Location, leider war diese bei unserer Ankunft am Freitagabend nicht beheizt. Da sich diese in einer Bergregion befindet, wäre das noch wichtig. Wir haben dann selbst die Heizung versucht einzuschalten. Leider hat es 24h gedauert, bis der Wohnraum warm war. Die Zimmer im 1. Stock blieben bis zum Sonntag leider kalt. Wir sind dann mit unserer Tochter ins Zimmer im UG gezogen. Zudem ist das Sofa in die Jahre gekommen und kaputt und zwei Fenster zerbrochen.

Schönes Haus an guter Lage mit Aussicht. Grosse Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Grosszügiger Wohnbereich. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Badezimmer. Leider war die Küche nicht sehr sauber.

In und rund um das Haus viel Platz. Wir, 3, Generationen, 9 erwachsene Personen haben die Woche im tollen Chalet Nubes sehr genossen. Jederzeit immer wieder gerne.

Tolles Haus mit viel Donne

Der Aufenthalt im grosszügigen Haus mit einer schlnen Terasse und viel Sonne war super. Es hat alles was man braucht, genügend Platz, eine Sauna und vieles mehr.

Tolles, grosszügiges Haus, mangelnde Sauberkeit

geräumiges, offenes Haus, mit grosser Terrasse, Lounges und Grillmöglichkeit, offene Küche mit grossem Esstisch, 5 Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem WC und begehbaren Duschen. Leider liess die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, mangelhafte Reinigung (Haare, Dreck, Staub, Schmutz, tote Insekten), mehrere Utensilien aus der Küche mussten vor Erstbenutzung gereinigt werden da noch Essensreste und Dreck daran klebten, viele angebrauchte Nahrungsmittel in def Küche (teilweise massiv über Verfallsdatum)

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, sauber und modernes Chalet, stilvoll eingerichtet, tolle Ausstattung, ideal für grössere, familiäre Gruppen, etwas ringhörig zwischen den Zimmern, aber einfach ein wundervolles Haus zu jeder Jahreszeit.
