Les Rosiers - Maison JACUZZI
Enjoy this newly renovated 3-bedroom accommodation with the whole family, quiet, 85 m2, with its garden and terrace equipped with a large jacuzzi.
Located 10 minutes from the city centre of Brive on foot and close to historic landmarks, Turenne, Collonges la Rouge as well as the Lot Valley and the must-visit Rocamadour.
Numerous facilities for swimming and canoeing on the Dordogne.
Bed linen is provided except for the travel cot.
The accommodation
Kitchen: equipped with oven, 4 ceramic hob plates, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, classic coffee maker and DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
We provide you upon arrival with basic necessities (coffee, tea, pasta, oil, sugar etc.)
Bedroom 1: two 90 CM beds with wardrobe
Bedroom 2: a 140 cm bed with SIMMONS comfort mattress with small wardrobe and chest of drawers
Bedroom 3: a 120 cm bed with desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers and an additional 90 cm bed.
Travel cot and high chair available upon request.
Bathroom with Italian shower.
Bed linen provided except for the travel cot.
- Lounge, dining room with table for six people, additional extension.
- 42-inch TV with decoder, Free box, Canal+ series. High-speed WIFI.
- Bathroom equipped with an Italian-style shower with sliding door, a vanity unit with storage, an electric towel rail.
Toilet linen is provided as well as a hairdryer.
- Garden with landscaped terrace, table chairs, parasol.
- 6-person Jacuzzi with massage jets 1h max per day and not after 9pm. Notify at reception of welcome message. No jacuzzi use for bookings the day before for the next day in autumn and winter.
- Large basement, ironing board and iron.
