Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

A welcome kit will be provided upon your arrival, including: tea, coffee, salt, sugar, pepper, oil, vinegar, laundry detergent capsules, sponge, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Amnéville, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
The accommodation is close to several large companies, so it's ideal for welcoming workers in peace and comfort.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking spaces on the street. Electric recharging points are also available 500 m from the accommodation, in a free car park.

Le Clem'S "Check- in nach 20 Uhr nur gegen 10 € Aufpreis PRO ANGEFANGENER STUNDE. Eine Schlüsselbox so wie sie vor der Wohnungstür für den Checkout bereits existiert wäre gästefreundlicher. Das Geschirr war dreckig und musste vor der Benutzung gesäubert werden. Auch der Geruch der Wohnung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Obwohl die Außentemperatur 15 Grad Celsius betrug, war es nicht möglich, zu heizen. Die Heizung war abgestellt und es gab keine Möglichkeit, sie zu aktivieren. Die Kälte machte den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm. Das saubere und schimmelfreie Bad war angenehm."
