This is a roomy flat that can sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom has a California king bed, and the solarium has a couch which turns into a full size bed. The flat will be fully furnished. The internet is a high speed fast internet. There is a smart t.v. with streaming like Netflix, Disney + and more. Secure private parking on site. Access to the pool. Close on foot to one of the wildest beaches of Saint Martin. Also close on foot for restaurants, grocery, bars, pharmacy, and hair salon. However there is not a washer in this unit. But there is a rack to dry clothes when you return from the beach.

Tranquil stay at Nettle Bay Flat

We truly enjoyed the location; the flat and its amenities. Our hosts were nice and friendly and set out to please. They baked cookies as a welcome gift for our 6 year old grandson. This was extra special! One draw back. Municipal water was off no fault of theirs. There was a worker strike. As a result of the two day no water we had to leave prematurely. The host was very helpful in effecting a partial refund. We’d stay there again.

Excellent Trip

This location was amazing! The owners were great to work with and were accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Extremely clean and organized. Check in and out were seamless. The view and the pool area are beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend!! To future renters...there is a market/bakery/liquor store and restaurants all within walking distance(although I would recommend reservations at 2 of these). I usually stay on the Dutch side, this was my 1st stay on the French side, so I didn't plan for the electrical current difference.There were USB outlet for phone charging, but plan for adaptors (one was fine for shat we needed. Tell the cab drivers the name of the nearest restaurant that you need to be by. They know restaurants not addresses.

We had such a wonderful week!Our Hosts met us out front on arrival so we didn’t miss the place. They were so welcoming!!! They had some treats waiting for us. I can’t say enough about their hospitality!!!The unit is in a perfect location and of course the price was right. It is on the lagoon and has a beautiful setting with many palm trees visible from the deck. It is a short walk to great restaurants and a wonderful French bakery. The newly refurbished pool overlooking the water is just wonderful! The uniqueness of the property just made our stay that more special. We hope to return!

HÎte trÚs sympathique qui avait pris contact avec nous pour faciliter notre arrivée.Appartement spacieux, climatisation dans la chambre et le salon. Cuisine et ustensiles suffisants.La piscine était malheureusement en travaux mais le propriétaire nous avait prévu largement avant notre voyage.Vue sur lagon magnifique. Parking trÚs utile dans ce quartier.Une boulangerie, une pharmacie accessibles à pied.Baie rouge à 3 min en voiture, le centre de Marigot à 10/15 min.Je recommanderais sans hésitation !

Ruime appartement op de begane grond

Ruim appartement in een veilige omgeving. Afgesloten parkeerplek voor de auto die onmisbaar is op de locatie. Vanuit de gezamenlijke tuin een mooi uitzicht op de lagune. Lekker zitten op de knusse veranda. Wendi en Joel zijn hele prettige verhuurders. Geven veel tips en zijn betrokken bij hun huurders. Bakker en kleine supermarkt op loopafstand. Hou er rekening mee dat soms het water niet beschikbaar is en de stroom af en toe kort uitvalt. Wij hadden grote problemen met de WiFi. Werkt prima met Samsung maar IPhone en Ipad geeft problemen. Joel zoekt een oplossing.

We had a great experience renting this property. The owners Joel and Wendi were very friendly, accommodating and ensured that we had everything we needed at all times. The apartment is located beside a bakery, convenience store and some restaurants. It is very close by car to Marigot and the Dutch side. The balcony leads out to a grassy area where you can sit and watch sunsets over the lagoon. The pool was also very nice. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a nice, affordable accommodation. Thank you Joel and Wendi!
