This is a privately owned condo located in the Palm Beach Marriott (r) Singer Island Beach Resort and Spa.‬ The resort features a full-service spa, valet parking, bellmen and concierge. A fine dining restaurant is located on premises with breathtaking ocean views. There is a state of the art gym, 2 other restaurants at the pool and right on the beach. Beach service is available from both the restaurant and bar. The resort features two spectacular pools. The relaxing infinity pool with marvelous views of the ocean, cabana rentals, and a large hot tub. The Lagoon pool is one that the kids will enjoy the most! The pool has a 95’ water slide including a waterfall. This is a treat for all ages. The Marriott (r) Singer Island Resort and Spa is located on one of the most pristine stretches of beach in the world with a Barrier reef allowing visitors to experience some of the best snorkeling and water sports just a few feet from the beach. The gentle Gulf-stream assures perfect water temperature for year round enjoyment.

We had an incredible stay in Palm Beach! Marina & Angela were amazing hosts — so kind, responsive, and thoughtful from the moment we booked. They even offered us the option of early check-in or late check-out, which made our trip so much more convenient. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable, with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We felt completely at home and appreciated all the little touches that made our stay special. We will definitely be booking here again!

Great location!

The hotel property is right down the street from local shops, bars and restaurants. Wrap around balcony overlooks the pool and water slide. Highly recommend!

My family loved this place. The room is exactly as described. Comfy beds, plenty of space for a family with teenagers. The amenities at the hotel are first class and we will for sure be back!!

Great Beach Condo

The Marriott is a fantastic property with a beautiful beach, tiki bar, and two pools. This condo was roomy and clean with W/D — so convenient and a fun start to our summer. I’d definitely recommend it!!n

Everything you need for an amazing getaway

Loved this apartment within the Marriott, big spacious corner balcony location and 2 comfy beds in quiet bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen amenities also such a bonus! Facilities were great for kids of all age's, beach access and water slide at the pool were fantastic. Hotel food also great! Thank you also for the earlier check in. We will be back!

Birthday Vacation

The hotel is beautiful. We had a fabulous vacation. We are going back every year. The only downfall was the $500.00 I paid for parking. Everyone brought a car. Next year we carpool!

Had a wonderful 5 night stay. Suite was well stocked and clean. Family of 4 with two teen girls so was perfect and spacious. Host was super responsive to any questions and delivered coffee pods within hours when I messaged inquiring about coffee machine set up. Was very much appreciated! Thank you!

2nd Time - Great Room, Property, and Even Better Owner/Manager

This is our second trip to this property. Our first was via Marriott direct as a Titanium Elite Marriott visitor (not important but for service level reference only). The property's customer service was just as good via VRBO as with booking with Marriott. In some ways it was even better based on how awesome the property owner/manager is. Huge shout out to Marina! Trip highlights - sun, surf, sea, Zubear (spelling) from the Marriott staff, the pool slide for the children, the view, the room, meals, and Marina. Semper Fi!

Our stay at Singer island was very nice. The condo was very nicely appointed, had a fully appointed kitchen, although the icemaker in the refrigerator had obviously been broken for a long period of time, and there were only two induction burners to cook with. There was a countertop icemaker that was very noisy, especially when sleeptime was at work. It was also very frustrating to find that there was a 39 daily parking fee, accompanied by all the tips to the valet every time we went out. A small problem was that the outlets in both rooms on either side of the beds were obviously fitted for a queen size bed when in fact we specifically had booked the suite because it had two King beds. One side of each room's beds had no useable outlets or light even though there was a light there that could not be plugged in, because the permanently mounted headboard blocked the outlet. Small inconvenience, but that should no have been our problem.OK, we really enjoyed our stay in spite of all these minor issues. We didn't contact our host to solve these problems because it was evident they were longterm, and not immediately resolved.

Read all the details very Carefully!

Note cost of the property doesn't include $39 a day parking. You MUST park Valet this is the only parking option available. Also it says that the resort fee is not mandatory. If you want to sit on the beach the fee is mandatory. This is an additional $35 per day. Signs at the beach are posted everywhere, no personal chairs,no coolers and no outside food on the beach. The beach is private. So if you want to sit on the beach and not pay the resort fee you can't. If you want a peaceful beach you hear the John Deer beach car all day riding back and forth with food and drinks for people. In total it was an extra $75 per day for parking, beach fees and taxes. You have no option to not spend this unless you don't have a car. This is truly a hotel that has a suite option, no room cleaning while you are a guest. We needed more Toilet paper and the front desk said we needed to contact the host to get it....really a roll of toilet paper! The room was very nice no issues with the actual room.

Ok, not the best

My family and I have stayed here many times and we like this place however, we usually stay on the beach front side. Very easy to pull up too, the Valet people were super nice, the front desk people are super nice. Very easy to get checked in and get all of out luggage. The room was a good size we really like the huge patio. It was my husband and I, our 9, 7 and 2 year old. For some reason we thought the 2nd bedroom had 2 queen beds it has a king which ended up being fine. However, we wanted to use the fold out sleeper and that was not working so our daughter slept on the couch the first night. There is no oven but there was a cooking microwave but the buttons don't work on it so we really couldn't cook with it. It was pretty clean, and it had a washer and dryer which was nice. The dishwasher didn't work at all, and my husband had to keep fixing the 2nd bathroom toilet. The Host sent someone immediately which was great but not sure it fixed the problem because it kept running. The beds were super comfortable. TV in family room volume did not work very well. If the items were fixed we would definitely stay here again.

Nice location - condo needs updating

Over all the stay was good. Way over priced in my opinion. The condo needs some updating. The couch and coffee table are in bad shape. The couch is a pull out sofa and the coffee table weighs about 200lbs and it’s very hard to move out of the way. If you don’t have 2 people it’s not possible. The carpet was in desperate need of a vaccum and cleaning. There were no sheets or extra blankets left inside for the pull out sofa. I will say the owner of the condo was extremely nice and quick responding. She even let us check in about 30 mins early. Besides that, The extra fees are outrageous. X amount per day for valet parking which was not noted before booking. X amount per day for beach chairs. X amount a day for WiFi. I already paid xxxx amount for 4 days of use. You would think those simple amenities would be included. Over all - I probably would not return to this exact location. But it is very nice and we did have a fun time. The condo is located on the opposite side from the beach. You can see the street and canals. No ocean view. That would be nice to note in the description also.

What a Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this 2 bedroom unit in Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island. The unit was very bright, clean and spacious. The unit has everything for an extended stay including washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and even an electric stove. Both rooms offer full privacy sliding doors, bathrooms, queen beds, TVs, ceiling fan and closets. We also enjoyed the view from the wrap around balcony and especially the distance from the master bedroom to the second bedroom since we barely heard the kids playing while they had their doors closed. Another plus was the communication of the property manager, she was quick to respond to questions and requests. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Pleasantly Surprised

We stayed at this unit during July 4th and couldn’t have been more impressed. While it doesn’t provide you a view of the ocean, we were high enough to watch numerous firework displays over the inter coastal. The decor might be slightly dated but who really cares when you’re spending time at the beach. Great unit with great amenities- we will be back to stay here.

A Needed Getaway

A perfect 5 day escape from the winter cold, snow ice. A lovely apartment at a lovely property with all the amenities you could need or hope for. A beach, 2 pools, 2 bars and some very good food. Some excellent offsite restaurants that are quite nearby. Only downside is that you are forced to use their expensive valet service for parking....although the service itself was quite efficient....but be prepared to have lots of cash in your pocket anytime you wish to take the car out

Slight electrical issue

Everything was great. The only problem that we had was the kitchen electrical outlets did not work. We had a Marriot electrical technician here who fixed it for one day, however, a wire problem keeps the outlet (coffee maker) from working. Also the outlets under the microwave do not work, but we did not use them. Thanks Medemas

Nice spot!

These condos are in a nice spot on Singer Island. The condo itself is nicely laid out and the wrap around balcony is really great to sit on. The owner is really responsive and will answer any questions quickly.
