No hot water

The staff was nice and very helpful however the Penthouse was in need of a lot of work the electric stove was not working the first day we got there, the kitchen sink had no hot water there was no water throughout the apartment for two days. The staff did bring up a trash can full of water for flushing of toilets, At that time the pool was also closed started off our vacation very frustrating. The jacuzzi in master bathroom never had hot water so that was an un useful amenity, Melissa kept texting our guest rather than myself or husband which is the numbers and emails provided form the “payee's”. There is a couple car shops next to the building so sleeping in was difficult doors start slamming at 5:45am we stayed at this location for 14 days will not be returning however it was very clean
