HOW IS THE KEYS DELIVERED?
Keys are handed over on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready (we will only know on the day)

Cleaning and linen are not included in this reservation: You must come with your own linen and You must clean thoroughly upon departure so as to leave the accommodation clean and welcoming for the next traveler. (Thanks in advance for them!)

These services are offered as an option. To book directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis:
- Cleaning: €75.
- Price for rental of household linen:
-Single bed duvet pack: €18/bed
-Double bed duvet pack: €20/bed
-Large towel: €5/unit
-Small towel: €4/unit
-Bath mat: €4/unit
-Kitchen towels X2: €4 for both
NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the accommodation description. The beds are equipped with duvets and square pillows (standard single duvet 160 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240)"

ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED?
A maximum of one small dog can be accepted on request and under 3 conditions:
- Travelers must remove hair upon departure (= You will need to vacuum – even if you have the cleaning option)
- They are forbidden from sofa, bed, armchair etc...
- They cannot stay alone in the apartment.
- Cats are not accepted
It may sound harsh, but we've had too much abuse. Thank you for understanding.

GOOD TO KNOW, APARTMENT RULES et CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking
- No noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Departure 10 a.m. maximum
- Don't forget your checkbook for the security deposit (not cashed)
