BEAUTIFUL LAKE FRONT NEWLY RENOVATED COTTAGE 2021

Newly renovated Higgins Lake 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage. Sleeps 6 with queen, full and twin bedrooms. All with ceiling fans. Queen room is lakeside with a window a/c unit. Livingroom also has a window a/c unit. New inside from walls to floors. New furniture in living room, dining table and chairs for 6. New kitchen from cupboards to appliances and flooring. Outside offers a spacious partially covered concrete patio. A new gas fire dining table for dining and enjoying an evening fire with family and friends. A new grill is also available for your favorite grilled meals. Large lakeside and roadside yards for outdoor activities. A great lightly traveled road for biking and walking or running. Ample parking for the cottage guests. A new dock for access to the water. A mooring anchor is available for renters PWC or boat.
PLEASE NOTE: Owners boats are housed at the dock and the property owners may use their boats during your stay. They will be mindful of your time and space during your stay. If this poses a problem we ask that you reserve another property.

Beautiful place with fantastic views

This cottage was very comfortable and well-equipped. There were views of the lake from all the front rooms, and the large patio. We really enjoyed iur stay.

Perfect for the 4th!

Kathy’s cozy lakeside cabin was the perfect place to spend a week with family and celebrate the 4th of July! Gorgeous view, immaculate accommodations, and super fun paddle boards, water tubes, and lawn games. Thank you for great memories, we look forward to returning next year!

Great Location

The lakefront was beautiful with a mooring right for our boat close to shore. The home was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be staying here again!

Great place on the water

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Great sunrise views, clean, kitchen well-stocked. Some outdoor water toys to use and super outdoor area to eat. Great to relax and enjoy the water.

Clean & Updated Rental in Perfect Location

We loved our stay at this property. Being right on the lake was amazing and the large dock was so much fun! We all loved trying our hand at the paddle boards! The house was well kept and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the games & puzzles. Quiet & cute neighborhood in good location in the area. Really thankful for this stay!

Peaceful retreat

The property is perfectly situated in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Great for swimming, sunsets, and close to restaurants. Hosts were accommodating and friendly. House has been renovated to easily accommodate 6 guests. The two of us really enjoyed our relaxing stay.

Beautiful sunrises

We loved our stay at Higgins Lake. The cottage meet all our needs. The kitchen had all the items you need. The view of the lake was excellent as well. The owners were easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Best Location On The Lake

We had a great time!!! The house was clean, newly renovated, and comfortable. Enjoyed the panoramic views from every window!! It was so quiet and peaceful to relax. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Enjoyed using the paddle boards every morning, and the owners and neighbors were very friendly and kind. Hands down, by far, the best cottage I’ve rented on Higgins Lake!!!

Excellent Get Away

Kathy and Chris have created a perfect spot on Higgins Lake! The cottage was just what our family of six needed. It was fully stocked with everything you need and very fresh and clean. When have already started to plan our return for next year. And the Paddle Boards were a great bonus used by us all, even my 84 year old MIL.

Great property and awesome view of lake!

This property was very comfortable and clean. The house was furnished nicely and had everything we needed. We enjoyed all the extras that the host provided including the nicely stocked kitchen items, some outdoor games and stand up boards, gas grill and a cute coffee bar. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. This was a beautiful location on the lake and a convenient place to use our boat. The host was quick with responding to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Higgins Lake Cottage

This is the ideal rental on Higgins Lake! The house is very clean and cozy. It has been updated, and the decor is very light, airy, and minimal. Many affordable rentals we've looked at on Higgins are very dark and cluttered, and this rental was the complete opposite and perfect for our family. The location is great if you bring your boat or PWC, and they provide you with a mooring anchor, which worked out really well. And the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Kathy was very responsive to our questions, and we would definitely rent from them again.

Family reunion at Higgins

Overall is was very nice. Location was great, kitchen well stocked but only one outside game when listing suggested there were more. Would have brought our own if we would of known. No fire pit due to noise ordinance and neighbors complaining but knew that going in. Price was high for 6 person rental. Would stay again if cheaper. Close to family living there.

Updated rental property

Clean, updated rental property with rare amenities for a house on the lake (dishwasher, actual lawn, and garbage disposal are a huge plus and oddly enough, rare). Great for our family of 5. We love the west side of the lake because it’s not as windy, a lot calmer for the kids. My only con are the rocks in the water, we aren’t used to that but no fault of the owners and maybe I missed them but no beach towels either so make sure to bring your own! Great home overall and had everything we needed!
